2019/20 DBDLI Graduate Research Fellowship Program

The DBDLI Graduate Research Fellowship Program assist students of African Ancestry to complete post-secondary education at the graduate level, and provides an opportunity for DBDLI to strengthen its relationship with 'up and coming' ANS researchers.

The DBDLI Graduate Fellowship recipients are required to actively participate in regularly scheduled research sessions at the DBDLI office (in person or through distance technology)in which students will discuss research issues, share their research, provide peer support to other Graduate Research Fellows, receive mentorship from established academics, and provide mentorship to undergraduate students of African Ancestry.

DBDLI will award two Research Fellowships for the 2019/20 academic year.
Up to $5,000.00 per recipient.

Assists students if African Ancestry currently in post-secondary institution at the graduate level (Master or Ph.D. program).
